Welcome to SXM-TimeshareNews.com. This website is designed for owners at Royal Palm and Flamingo Beach resort in Saint Maarten or St. Maarten. We have also now added the neighbouring Pelican Resort. St. Maarten (the Dutch side) shares an island with St. Martin (the French side) in the Carribean south of Puerto Rico. The main airport is on the Dutch side and has the designation: SXM.

The site has many listings of timeshare weeks/units for rent, sale and trade as well as requests for sales and rentals. See quick links FAQ's at the right. 

SXM-TimeshareNews.com is also the primary tool for owners at Flamingo and Royal Palm to communicate with each other about management at the two resorts which are owned and managed by Diamond Resorts from Las Vegas. Diamond took over ownership and management when it took over Sunterra Corporation in the spring of 2007.
